The American Revolution was helped by various nations in the fight to defeat the British who saw the American colonies as possessions. One group that sent supplies and arms to help the Americans was the Spanish colony of New Spain, here in the American Southwest. We will explore this topic with people from the DAR, Daughter s of the American Revolution, who are now documenting this history.
