We had a panel of community leaders in the studio to look at the history in the El Paso-Juarez valley and talk about how these events and people from our history can help promote our region as a destination for heritage tourism. We welcomed State Senator Jose Rodriguez and City Rep. Jim Tolbert. We also had as a guest Carmen Rodriguez, the Senator’s wife, who is an El Paso attorney who has reviewed heritage tourism initiatives that we can discuss.
